We call you on the number you gave, usually within one working day, to fix a demo slot. The details on the form are what we use to create your account, so once the demo is done your login is ready — you do not fill anything in again.
No. The demo is free and there is no card required. You get 14 days on the full product afterwards, and you only choose a plan if you decide to keep using it.
Yes. Send us your diary, Excel sheet or whatever you keep dates in, and we import your upcoming bookings and packages before your account goes live. On Enterprise this includes past invoice history too.
It is built for the phone first, because most of this gets done between jobs. Block a date, record an advance or send an invoice from the venue itself. It runs in the browser, so there is no app to install.
Only if you want them to. Team logins are role-based: assistants see the calendar and the jobs assigned to them, while income, expenses and reports stay with the owner account.
No, the CRM works on its own. If you are listed on VendorVibes, enquiries from your listing land straight in your CRM as new leads with a follow-up date already set.
